Hey all,
so I recently read an article where it says if your BMI is more than 32 you can do 2lbs/per week, BMI inbetween 30 - 32 should generally be 1 1/2 lbs and anything under 30 should be 1lb/week..
sorry i completely can not find this article anymore![:( :(](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
but just wondering, should i do this?
i am on 1350 cals atm, to lose 2 pounds per week, (active lifestyle) and my BMI is only just above 30. (I weigh about 185, was 213 when I started) Should I change these around or not? HELP!?!?!?!

I used to aim for 1 a week, since my scale has been removed from my easy access (it's in the freezer) I rely more on inches. I have occasionally snuck a peak while at the gym.0

The numbers on the scale really don't mean a whole lot! Going by measurements = a sure fire way of seeing true fitness progress!0
