Low Calorie Seed Bread Recommendations

Options
Hi, I have been typically using Willamette Valley - Great Seed Bread, Thin Sliced which is 80 calories. I am looking for alternatives that people like , with lower calorie. Any good suggestions that don't taste like card board?

    Seeds, especially fatty seeds have a lot of calories. It might be difficult to actually find a bread with seeds that is low calorie. Think of it this way: 10gr of sunflower seeds come in at about 59 calories. How many are on a slice of bread: 5gr? So that's 30 cal already. Plus the bread itself.

    @yirara - valid point. B)
    Maybe just some whole grain is a better option

    Dave's Thins with seeds is 70 calories and whole grain is 60 calorie. This might be new - when I first saw 60 on the label I was surprised, and when I googled it just now the top images all say 70 calories.

    I see a Powerseed with 60 calories, but have never seen that in my stores.

    I shop around for Dave's because it's expensive. But its 3 g of fiber really helps me with satiety and I like the taste a lot more than the sprouted Food for Life I used to get.
