Summer time!

Hey! I’m a teacher and officially on summer break! I have a cruise at the end of July. I’d love to lose 20 lbs before the cruise. It’s doable. I’m looking for friends to help keep me motivated :).

I just went gluten free due to a new diagnosis.

    I don’t want to demotivate you. I really want you to achieve your goal.

    That said…
    Losing 20 pounds in 8 weeks is potentially double. But unless you’re starting at 300 or more? It’s unlikely to be achievable in a healthy way.

    You can certainly lose enough weight, and exercise to tone your muscles, which will result in looking and feeling better by the time you’re embarking. And I think you will.

    I started steadily dropping since I became strict with my food choices, added more fish to my diet, and started focusing on good gut health. I am down one size on the last three months. I am going on a cruise next week and the goal is to maintain while I'm gone. I have an open diary for friends.
