I didn't start out overweight, but underweight for my height. I'm 6'2 and starting weight was around 160 - almost a decade later, I'm up to 235 pounds. I'll be 55 this year.

First was back in 2019. Somewhere around 290lbs. Second is me today at 220lbs. I'm 6'4" and 52years young.

Starting taking it seriously at about end of April. Eating at a calorie deficit of about 1600 -1800. Going to the gym 3 times a week and walking everyday (50k to 10k steps).15 -
I lost 135 lbs, took 3 yrs to do it and I have kept it off almost 12 yrs……..26 -
5 years ago today.
Today after a 4 mile 🏃🏾.
Will be turning 54 on the 30th.

Nearly 75lbs lost since 2019 (regained about 5lbs which I'm working on now)

I figured my entry into the 1 club was a good reason to update my photo. And a good excuse to clean the mirror.
