I didn't start out overweight, but underweight for my height. I'm 6'2 and starting weight was around 160 - almost a decade later, I'm up to 235 pounds. I'll be 55 this year.

First was back in 2019. Somewhere around 290lbs. Second is me today at 220lbs. I'm 6'4" and 52years young.

Starting taking it seriously at about end of April. Eating at a calorie deficit of about 1600 -1800. Going to the gym 3 times a week and walking everyday (50k to 10k steps).
