Then, come back here every week when you weigh in and update us! Feel free to chat on the board too. This is just to help us be accountable to someone. :-)

Your "personal self-challenge" can be ANYTHING. It doesn't have to be weight-loss-related.

For example, here is my "sign up" post:

Self-Challenge: Exercise at least 1 hour a week total

    I am currently a part of a few challenges so can't sign up for another right now as it is too time consuming but I am bumping this just in case I have more time down the road as I liked your 200 X Challenge and seeing you name always reminds me that some day I finally need to open my Active 2!
