May 27: 169.5 Weight is up due to traveling to the beach, eating/drinking all the good stuff and not tracking. Back in a routine now.
May 31st: 167.8 At least I've lost a little of the weight back but I'm not pushing myself as hard as I need to. I will be traveling a lot in June as well.

06/03-184.6-(Trend Weight: 185.2)- Not too bad of a day yesterday. I stayed within calorie though my carbs were over target. I used the exercise bike for 32 minutes and I did a lot of deep cleaning in the house. Up today on the scale but its probably catching up to the binges/splurges I had on night time snacks recently. Today I may head out of town for the planned trip of shopping. It depends when my drywall guy gets done for the day. I hate to go because I know that lunch or dinner will be out and it will just be another day of a heavier weight on the scale tomorrow. A rollercoaster Iβd like to stop. However, I really would like to go and get it out of the way. The projects they are starting will keep them later the rest of the week. Regardless, I know Iβll be right back on top of my plan in the days following so I suppose it is what it is. Have a great week everyone. Crush it!

06/10-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- Not such a good day yesterday due to a celebration cake. We have one who graduated from Head Start to Kindergarten, one who graduated from Kindergarten to 1st grade and one going to 2nd grade. We celebrated it all at once with one cake and one gathering. The cake frosting was too sweet, I did remove about half of it. Today I have a special tradesman coming to use a βbreakβ which puts the white metal around my bay window and my bow window. Otherwise, no work is being done inside today. It should be a good day for my pre-logged diet. I also plan on pulling a lot of weeds today as itβs getting out of hand. I lost a bit of weight by changing my habits eating at restaurants. I only eat out if I am with others and just get one entrΓ©e, no sides.
I quit drinking cream/sugar after 2 cups of coffee..most days
I've been trying to eat breakfast most days, but haven't noticed any differences.
Also, I have been eating 2 bean or legume dishes per week and not noticed any difference in my weight.
Trying to figure out what small changes I can make to drop these last 10 pounds without counting every calorie!
I'm going to eat a peanut butter sandwich and small salad every day for lunch this week!!!

May 5:147 I've been sticking to all of the above changes pretty well...still trying to eat breakfast more often. The main change, here lately, is that I've stopped counting calories. I do have my meals,1500-1700 calories per day, logged all the way until June and I am going to try to keep to the plan!
May 15:145 I didn't feel well for a few days w/sore throat & just ate bananas and apple sauce and toast...the worst way to lose a few pounds!

June 11: 146 Not as much as I expected after eating pizza all weekend. I did eat just one or two pieces with a salad, not half the pizza like I used to. π
I found some really good fish dinners that you can steam in microwave for 6 minutes at Walmart, but they have 80% saturated fat! I looked up steaming fish in the microwave and it is so easy! I'm going try it this week..maybe cauliflower rice, carrots, and greenbeans and frozen salmon with some soy sauce..wrap in parchment paper and microwave for 5 or 6 minutes.

Hang in there! The gain is just temporary. If you stick with your goals this week then it will come right back off β€οΈ. It is disappointing how easy it is to gain though when we have bad days or weekends. (I just had a bad weekend myself, and of course gained). The important thing is that we get right back on track so we don't fall into bad habits and can continue to have progress.4 -
