Hi there! New around here!

Hi All!

I’m not new to Fitness Pal, I’ve tried to track my food in the past and have always fallen off the wagon. But I’m new to the community, I never knew this was here so hello everyone! I’m so glad to be here! I’m starting, again, on a weigh loss journey, but I’m doing it differently, I’m using a program and I bought 1-1 coaching so I’m getting individual support, they provide exercise routines and meal plans customized to me, instant coach access through an app, weekly check ins and monthly zoom calls, I’m hoping that this will be the trick to getting off on the right foot and building a sustainable program that I can do long
term. I look forward to getting to meet all of you!!

    Good luck! The biggest key to your success is knowing you won't always have motivation but sticking with the plan anyways. Also, not eating so little that you binge on the weekends. Weight loss is about going slow and finding ways to make it in the long term. You got this.
