    That is why i stick to eating just skittles. It has all the colors of the rainbow.
    Monday yellow skittles, tuesdays green, wednesday...

    Yep I saw the anorexic version but you have to fast a day - like the other days you do much more! And I think it should be renamed "dead is my goal"

    The only real rainbow diets i have seen are promoting healthy vivid coloured foods - they don't have one colour per day like this special one lol.

    I actually HAVE heard of similar ideas before!!!! I attended a fitness boot camp, and every week we had an "assignment." One week it was to cut out all WHITE foods!!!

    The idea was to start eating more whole grains... but still.. kinda cute :smooched:

    believe it or not... but my mom cooked those for breakfast for us once. and we all had a hard time eating them. Needles to say she never tried it again!
