Making healthy changes

Hi everyone,
I’m determined to make healthy choices and reach my potential.
I’m counting calories, eating low sugar and looking to up my protein.
I’m mostly vegetarian but I like to eat seafood a couple times a week.
My goal is to eat healthy and feel good.
