Hello. My name is Chaim Bochner and I’m starting a fitness and weigh loss goal of 30 lbs in 12 weeks.
I’m logging 1600 calories per day and love the all. I hope it will serve my needs for success.

It's healthier and in the end, I feel less bloated when counting. I'm not always weighing or measuring but for now, it's ok if I go a bit above or below my 1600 cals.0
