Introducing myself

Hello. My name is Chaim Bochner and I’m starting a fitness and weigh loss goal of 30 lbs in 12 weeks.

I’m logging 1600 calories per day and love the all. I hope it will serve my needs for success.

    2.5 lbs/week is very aggressive. It can be done, but will take discipline.

    Correct. I'm working with an App trainer that guarentees it if I stick to the program. 20% workout and 80% diet. It;s tricky; I admit.

    Best of luck with the challenging process.
    You need to figure out how to feed and exercise the new you when its finished.

    It's healthier and in the end, I feel less bloated when counting. I'm not always weighing or measuring but for now, it's ok if I go a bit above or below my 1600 cals.
