Best ways to get enough Vitamin A and K

Hi, would appreciate cigarette vitamin A and vitamin K from food sources.

    foods high in Vitamin K are mostly green vegetables

    Spinach is high in Vitamin K.

    Each day I eat 3 Oz. of baby carrots to get my daily amount of Vitamin A.

    Sweet potatoes, cantaloupe, butternut squash, and salmon are also good sources of Vitamin A.
