  • Ran to work and will run back - 30 mins each way, p90x yoga day, 30 min sit up class and 45 min aerobics at lunch.

    My boss is not in town and I love sugar and sweating (sweating allows me to eat sugar!)
  • I did the 20 minute Insanity Fat Burner. I am SORE!

  • walked, day 7 of 30 day shred, stationary bike
  • Ran 3.5 miles, then Body Pump at the gym

    Warmup: Freehand Jump Squat: 2 sets of 15 reps

    Plie Dumbbell Squat: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

    Clean: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

    Barbell Side Split Squat: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

    Leg Press: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

    Seated Leg Curl: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

    Leg Extension: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

    Seated Calf Raise: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

    Elypticall 30 minutes


    this will all be occuring in about 1 hour

    was gonna do upper body weight lifting but might hold off cause my shoulders and upper back are still sore from the other day, but either way im for sure gonna do some HIIT (jogging/running) today
