    I was really depressed today, thinking that at a pound a week, I would still be classed as overweight in a year. Your photos have cheered me up and spurred me on, thank you and congratulations :)

    WOW THAT IS AMAZING IM AT 330 IV NEVER BEEN THIS BIG EVER! MY TWIN LOST 70 LBS N A YEAR IN IT MADE ME JEALOUS BUT I DONT WANNA B THE BIG GIRL WIT A NICE BODY N A PRETTY FACE I WANNA B THE NORMAL SIZE GIRL OR JUS ATTRACTIVE ALL TOGETHER...I CUD USE ALL THE ADVICE U CAN GIVE. IM TAKIN BABY STAPES BUTR SO FAR SO GOOD IM WORKIN OUT OR FINDING WAYS TO JUS TO GET N SUM KINDA WORK OUT EACH DAY. AND STAYIN WITH MY CALORIE INTAKE, IM REALLY TRYIN I JUS WANNA SHED THE WEIGHT.
