I have a “very fit” brand watch. I cannot link it to Fitness Pal. How can I add my steps?

How can I add my steps as Exercise to my Fitness Pal data? The steps are recorded on my Very Fit watch.

  You might be able to link it with a health app translating in the middle.
  It looks like Apple Health and also Google Fit (Android) can connect to MFP and also your watch

  I have the same brand watch. It works with the Very Fit app that has to be downloaded on your phone. I would love to know how to connect it to Google fit.
