yeah baby! whip up some whey protein (18g) for 100 cals, 2/3 c. nonfat plain Greek yogurt (100'ish cals and another 15g protein) and add in some frozen fruit, or instant coffee, or pumpkin puree and spices, honey, for a super-filling high-protein drink.
or you could add some protein powder to 1/2 c. oatmeal, a cup of water, nuke it, stir in a tablespoon of raisins or cinnamon. the protein'll keep you full girl0 -

Hi Jordan, I have wheat bix for breakfast (it's Australian but I'm sure there's something similar in America) and it's only about 200 calories for 4 biscuits. But then there's milk. It's still good and I throw in some blue berries.
As for lunch, Australia has weight watchers microwave lunches. they are good and of course sandwiches on brown bread is good. Cheese toasty’s are low in calories as well.0 -
2- cups spinach sauteed in olive oil (10 calories)
1-egg white (17 calories) cooked in not stick pan
1 -slice of lemon to squeeze on spinach0 -

Better Oats oatmeal (more of a hot cereal texture but really filling)
Low calorie tortilla+egg whites scrambled with bell pepper+salsa
Lunch:
Sara Lee Delightful Whole Wheat Bread (45 cal a slice) sandwiches
Baked Potato (those wrapped ones that you microwave ROCK) with black beans, sprinkle of cheese, and tbsp salsa
Hummus and veggie wrap0 -
1/2 cup non fat Greek yogurt - Chobani is the best!
1/2 cup blue berries - fresh or frozen
1/2 banana
1 pkt of Truvia or Splenda
166 calories!
You can double it and still have plenty of calories left!0 -
I love having homemade egg mcmuffins.
Fry a large egg over medium (using Pam to make it not stick). Also, cook a single slice of smoked deli ham in the pan. Put in an english muffin- the ones that only have 100 calories- I think Thomas brand. I like to break the yolk, it is kinda like a sauce for the sandwich.

bacon and eggs. You can still stay under 350 calories too. Or I'll just grab an Egg McMuffin for 300 calories if I don't have time to cook.0

Muesli (2 Servings at 290 Cal each):
240 ml Strawberry Kefir (You can Substitue Yogurt, but Kefir is yummy)
80 g Oatmeal (Not Quick Oats)
34 g Cranberry Trail Mix
The night before mix together the Kefir and Oatmeal and place in the refrigerator. The day you are going to have eat it mix in the trail mix. I eat half and save the other half for the next day.0 -
Whey protein with water 110 cals
or turkey bacon 6 egg whites 250 cals
or one pack Quaker Oats Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal. 140 cals.0 -
I'm always looking for something quick to grab when running out the door in the morning, and I always eat a snack between breakfast and lunch (and another between lunch and dinner), so I only need just enough to tide me over until about 9 or 10am.
I like the Fiber One chewy bars (90 calories). If you want some protein, try adding a hard boiled egg (~78 calories) which you can make up days in advance. You can also try the Yoplait yogurt with granola. The strawberry is 190 calories. Of course, you can always do better by prepping your own fresh fruit and then dumping it into a coffee cup with some yummy vanilla FF yogurt and granola. Fast & easy!
(Love the homemade egg mcmuffin idea, btw. I'm a big fan of those, so I'll have to try that with a poached egg.)0 -
Kashi Almond Flax cereal and Almond Milk = less than 300 calories and it is pretty tasty, with a little sweetness and a lot of protein.0
-
Weight watchers cheesy egg scramble with hashbrowns (potatoes) and WW cheese, ham and egg. Both are about 230 calories, good protien. Sometimes I add a wheat english muffin / bread, or fruit. Very yummy, believe it or not!0

Oat meal and egg whites!0

I buy Sarah Lee "90 calories and delightful" English muffins and add 2-3 scrambled egg whites. Sometimes a little tiny bit of ketchup. If i want cheese i buy Kraft low cal sliced cheese (25 cals). Egg whites are like 15-17 cals per egg. &&& it is very filling.
Lunch- I buy bags of veggies in the steamer bags. Low cal and super healthy. Just add a low cal dressing if you want some flavor, and if you want meat.... you can add 4oz of ck breast (grilled) for about 120 cals. Vegis are at highest 70 cals per serving.0 -
Oat meal and egg whites!
same here!0 -
Protein shakes are great and low cal.0

Thanks everyone! I'm heading to the grocerie store tomorrow!0

I put 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter in an 80-100 calorie serving of Greek yogurt, with about 1 tsp of honey. Lots of protein and the texture is thicker, so it keeps me full until lunch.0

Oatmeal with a banana mixed in = 250 calories
2 slices of Wellshire Uncured Bacon and 2 eggs = 200 calories
Those are my faves!0
