  • I don't like peanut butter, but almond butter rocks ! I use maranatha brand mostly. Trader Joe's does this yummy almond butter with crunchy flax seeds, it's so good.
Sunflower seed butter is good too !

Personally, I think natural nut butter is one of the most delectable compliments to one's diet. I like the fact there are a variety of different nuts from where the creamy goodness can be extracted.

    Now, you can alert them.
    No need to. It's automated.

Really? I thought it was just my presence that got their senses tingling. It's kind of a blow to my ego. Kind of.

More like a stroke, wouldn't you say?

If it was my presence, that stroke would make me swell with pride. If it truly is automated, then I'll just feel like a limp noodle.

I'll admit that I'm kind of behind when it comes to what sets things off ... Why are people waiting patiently and talking about alerts for this thread? It doesn't seem like anything is wrong here.

I'm going to be kind and honest with you. As you can tell by the OP answering all her own questions already, she has asked this very question many times before. Because of this, people tend to jump on it. People got tired of answering the same question over and over to the same person, so they have fun with it instead.

Wow...those are quick reactions you have there, sir...you must work that emotionally reactionary muscle regularly.

At first I thought it had something to do with the "no advertising rule", but as people kept talking, I wasn't sure. Thank you for phrasing this in a way that didn't make me feel stupid. I appreciate it. I'm sure after I've been here for a while, I'll catch on.

I actually like buttering it while it's still in the toaster oven, just before it's ready. Makes it so much more appealing as it's warm but still holds its texture.
  • ive had one to 3 tablespoons a day the whole time ive lost weight and it didnt hinder it at all & i surpassed my goal! so if that tells ya anything :)

It really IS all about the texture!
  • LOL!! I didn't think this post would cause such EMOTIONS! Anyone here on MFP is free to ask whatever they want, however they want, WHENEVER they want. I wasn't trying to "annoy" anyone or be "rude".. But to EVERYONE that responded, thankyou! ;)

    Really?

So, i could say "Do i really need 8 cups of water a day", start 30 threads on the same thing, and that'd be fine? I wouldnt get a warning or banned for it?

    All forums have rules.

I also couldn't ask "Does god really exist".

So, you cant as whatever you want, whenever you want. You still have to read the forum rules and abide by them.

What does almond butter taste like? I saw it at TJ as well and i was wondering before I bought a big jar of something that I wont eat..

don't know if you have a Whole Foods Market near you, but in some stores you can buy almond butter in single serving packets. Check it out...it is awesome stuff! I also alternate my PB and AB almost daily have one or the other.
