Pre diabetic

Recently hurt my back lifting 5 months ago. Taking muscles spasm meds. Bad back I guess. It definitely helps. Just received the news about being pre- diabetic. Need workout suggestions and snack ideas. Coffee w/cream and sweets are my issues.

    I'd ask whoever diagnosed you to refer you to a diabetes educator, and also to physical therapy - the therapist can help you design a workout plan.

    Cut out alcohol and sweets. Look into the keto diet. It was originally designed for diabetics before insulin was available.
