What are some foods you like that pack a high calorie content but are still relatively healthy?
My goal is to get in at least 2,300 calories a day. I’m currently 5 foot 3, age 43(about to be 44) and I weight 147.6
Also, feel free to add me on here if you’re gaining too and we can share input.
