I was wondering if anyone has ever ordered from either of this places?
At one stage I was going to Give Lite n' Easy a try but the meals I liked all had pepper in them....
The Diet Factory meals also looks scrummy.....
I'm no a cooker unless I put my mind to it. But then it's only once in a blue moon when I chuck stuff into my slow cooker and sit back and wait...............

I have a friend who had serious success on Lite n Easy, she ended up on their ads as a success story for quite a while, and when I was still up home in Qld I did it for about a month (until my financial situation changed) and lost 6kgs. It's REALLY convenient and the food is good. I'd do it again in a heartbeat but they don't have it down here in Tassie.0
