I am restarting the 75 Hard challenge today August 3rd after a rough 2 days. Here are the rules:
1. Drink a gallon of water
2. Do 2 - 45 minute workouts a day (one must be outdoors)
3. Read each day pages of a non fiction book
4. Follow a diet of your choice
5. Take a progress picture daily
6. I added for myself: No phone use after 8pm
7. And to do a weekly self care activity with my baby son.

I need support and would love to do this with others - please add me and I will support back I promise. I know this is a difficult challenge but the dedication is what I am trying to accomplish. It is important that I can actually finish something.
I am a 35 yr old mom living in NYC - friendship welcomed

My advice: if this isn't a program you intend to do for life, then it's likely not a program you should pursue.

Always choose a program that you'll WILLINGLY be able to stick to for life.

I have a family member who has completed the 75 Hard twice...she tried to do one every year. For those who don't understand that it is a 75 day challenge, not a lifetime change it definately is not for you, but those who have completed it have felt a wonderful feeling of accomplishment. just don't forget to take the photo on day 73...as did one of her friends.
