    What about the duration of naps? Or does that fall under the category of quality?

    Isn't it sometimes better, though, to have a quick 5 or 10 minute power nap than a really long nap that makes you feel like not doing anything else for the rest of the day?

    If there were such an award and it was similar to Garmin's sleep score, wouldn't it be partly quantity but mostly quality? Wouldn't you think so looking at my sleep score for the last 3 nights:
    * Tuesday night sleep score = 79, quality: fair, duration: 6h 50m
    * Monday night sleep score = 92, quality: excellent, duration: 7h 8m
    * Sunday night sleep score = 89, quality: good, duration: 8h 34m?

    Have you ever scored a perfect 100 sleep score, like I did over the weekend?

    Hasn't the closest I've gotten was a sleep score of 98?
    With Duration, Stress, Deep, Light, REM and Awake/Restlessness all rated Excellent, aren't I wondering what it takes to get 100 and earn the Mythical Sleep badge? 🤔

    Who is Garmin and how did he come up with this sleep scoring system!?
  • Posts: 4,602 Member
    Is that what you guys use? Shouldn’t you guys switch to the AutoSleep app so you can score a 100% like me?

    Didn't I have to look that up, and found Garmin's sleep score is provided by First Beat Analytics, which Garmin acquired a couple months ago?
    So who has the best sleep analytics, Garmin, Google Fitbit, Apple, Samsung, Oura, or who? 🤷‍♂️

    Oh, am I the only person basing score upon the Sleep Number bed I use?

    Am I the only person who has never scored my sleep?

    Isn't it more likely you are in the majority of people who do not monitor their sleep?
    But like anything else, can't you benefit from focusing a bit on this aspect of your day?

    Does it take 2 points off for the fact that you have to monitor your sleep?:D

    Will anyone else be sleeping while traveling by plane today?
  • Posts: 9,409 Member
    Since I have not flown in a plane since last year, won't my answer surely be No?

    How could anyone sleep knowing that you are in a big machine flying in the sky above earth!?😅
    Were you able to sleep an A+ on the plane?

    Do you have one of those neck pillows to sleep with while sitting upright?

    Isn’t it preferable to sleep as a passenger on a plane than as the driver of a big driving machine on the streets?

    Are we going to start having to call dibs on certain questions?
  • Posts: 13,325 Member
    What if the person calling dibs forgets the question they are dibbing? (Are you also amazed that "dibbing" was accepted by the spellchecker as an actual word?)
  • Posts: 4,602 Member
    Doesn’t it seem unfair through to call dibs on any question since we don’t intend to answer them, @nossmf?
  • Posts: 4,602 Member
    Is dibbing the act of calling dibs? 🤔
  • Posts: 13,604 Member
    Oh, so it's not dipping or dabbing? 😉
  • Posts: 9,409 Member
    or dribbling?
