I'm sorry you're feeling lost and confused, but I'm sure that if you give yourself some time and grace, you can figure this out, and get on a good path.
Your question - if I can call it that - is super broad. I'm not sure what to tell you.
Basically, you'd want to set up your MFP profile using guided set-up, get a calorie goal, then start logging food in your diary to see how your current eating stacks up against that calorie level.
