    I agree with foot pain, knee pain being awful...I would add tooth/nerve pain is some of the worst pain. Plus the cost to extract and put in implants @ $5K a tooth.

    I’ve had PF two times in my life. The second time it last about 8 months and I figured I’d need a surgery or procedure. I tried different massages and other things. But I ran across this video and it helped after one time. Maybe it was a fluke. Idk. But any time I see someone mention PF, I share it with them. Good luck. It’s been probably 8 years for me and I remember the pain well.

    I'm on my second go-round as well. I JUST found a similar video yesterday, only he used a spoon. I think the wrench is a bettter thickness. Thanks!

    I had my physio guy work on mine and he used this scraper type tool but it did similar. He would then ice it for like 10 minutes after. Cleared up eventually. Then he went back to working on my shoulder 🤣
