Hello!!!

A +50 guy here looking to do the impossible. Lose weight while gaining muscle mass… I dropped nearly 50 lbs from Jan to July, but have gained nearly 10 lbs back when my schedule changed just two weeks ago. Brutal gut punch:(

    Hello! +50 here and trying to accomplish the same thing you are. I am 5 lbs from my goal, but I have been stuck for the last couple of months. I am not going to give up strength training to get there, but I plan to add more cardio each week.
