how are they different then other apples? Are they more like a mac or a delicious? I live in NH, and I have seen signs for them at hte local farms... I may have to stop on the way home!

My favorite too and the organic ones taste better than the conventional ones. They are freaking expensive though, but we pay it....

Yes, they are crunchy/crisp but not dense (like a Red Delicious). They have the most juicy sweetness to them. I could eat them everyday.

I drove to the opposite side of town last week to get some Honey Crisps. They are $2.99 a pound for the organic kind but they are COMPLETELY worth it!!!

Meh. Fuji apples are the grandest, the most delicious, the bestest apples ever.

No one will ever convince me otherwise.

I saw them at the store last weekend and wondered if they were better than the Gala's I usually get. I will definitely get some this weekend to try after reading this!! Thanks for sharing :drinker:

My favorite as well. A friend of mine bought some right from a farm in NC a few weeks ago and the farmer told her they were in short supply this year. Which probably explains why prices are a bit higher than last year...at least they are in my area. Anyway, enjoy them while you can!!
