Weight lost since last week: Up 1.6 lbs. It's been a baaaad week. I've had a terrible cold, terrible TOM, and I didn't eat right or exercise. I'm just glad I didn't gain more.

Minutes spent exercising this week: 183 (I only worked out 2 days, and one of those days was just walking)

Ok, so my goal was to drop the beer and late night snacking. Didn't happen, so I put on 2 lbs.
Bad Boy!!
However, I worked out every day, and burned around 1800 calories for the week.

I will continue to workout daily. My nutrition is really not bad, its the beer and late night snacking that kills me so my goal is to drop the beer for the entire month of October.0 -
So here is a update after 2 days of no beer...I lost the 4 lbs I put on. I am hoping to keep that off for my weigh in Sunday0
