I cannot believe it. I started this journey of a lifestyle change Feb 2, 2009. At the time, I could not get my Oilily skirts over my hips.
Now they are big.
I haven't any idea what I actually weight cause the scales at my regular YMCA are always weighing heavy by 2-5 pounds. But I weighed myself with my shoes on and they show 158.
I'll know on April 10 when I go to the doctor's and when I get to a Y with very well calibrated scales.
I have lost over 15" I have went down 3 dress sizes.
PEOPLE YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
IF I CAN! Anyone can. :flowerforyou:
I'm keeping my lifestyle! It's so nice to get into high-end tiny clothes!
Thanks for letting me share...I know you guys don't really know me all that well.
But be inspired. It's possible.
Fitting into those clothes is far better than anything tastes!
Kind regards
Marie

Hi! I eat 1600 calories a day. I eat 30-40 VALUALBE carbs a day. I do NOT count net of anything...carbs or calories. I work out 4-6 days a week. 65 cardio, 30 lifting.
I don't eat the following:
Processed food (boxed, bagged or canned anything) Expect like Progressio to make soup
Flour, rice, potatoes, corn, pasta or processed sugar
carrots, bananas, broccoli-don't fancy those anyway
milk-I use almond milk or no sugar added soy
I make my own yogurt out of whole milk sweetened with Stevia and fresh vanilla beans
Make pancakes, cakes, muffins, and crackers out of sugar free EAS whey, soy and flax seed meal.
I eat some whole grain rice and black eyed peas..which I love.
I'm in shock. I really am in shock.
I've done this before, in 1998, 2004 and now again! I forgot that just cutting the crud out would do this.
I'm serious...if I can do this...anyone can. I have such an addictive personality  ...and by the way...good job on smoke free- 9tattos...that's got to be hard.
I've always spent at least 50 minutes cardio and 20 minutes a the gym...even when I was 175 pounds. But cutting out junk has done it and stepping up my work out only 20 minutes!
I'm in shock. I have a painfully slow metabolism.0 -

Question: Once you reach your goal, what will you change so as to not continue losing weight?0 -
