I was wondering if the calories taken off for the steps I take using my fitbit are actually accurate. Can I really have this many extra calories from just daily steps?

Not according to Google - 1000 steps = 30-40 calories. The synch puts them at double that for me.0

There is a setting that adjusts your calories if you don’t reach your step goal as you calorie goal is also determined by the level of activity you inputted originally.0
