congrats so proud of u. how long did it take u? did u have any medication at all to help? i started ozempic, and it helps me not think about eating constantly.

It's taken roughly 2 years and I've managed that just through diet and lifestyle change. Good luck on your journey :)

You should be very proud of this accomplishment. You look fit and healthy, but you did more than just drop weight, you showed dedication, commitment and perseverance in something that takes time and patience and is NOT easy. That says a lot about your mental capacity as well as physical so give yourself a lot of love and gratitude for what you did for yourself.

Amazing that’s fab , did you struggle at all or was it easy to stick to the calories. You are inspiring me to keep trying

Congratulations! You're beautiful in both pictures but you look healthier in the second one. May you continue to enjoy your new life. You're still the same person inside!

I'd say there were ups and downs. Getting started was easy enough but it was sustaining the changes that was sometimes challenging. There were so many weeks where I exercised and stuck to my calories and the scales didn't move at all but I persisted. I made a.commitment to create a brand new life so there was no wagon of sorts to fall off.
