Hi there! I'm new and in your boat. I have 100+ lbs to lose. I absolutely need motivation and encouragement. I'm a hermit by nature a realize I just have to get out and walk do something!!! Maybe we can help encourage each other?3

Hi! brookerene1982 and Mommason2032! You don't have to tackle food and exercise changes all at once! I started with finding one or two recipes I could meal prep and moving my body came later. Take it one day at a time! You got this!2
