Apples and bananas actually have some protein. Not much, but more than zero. OP was asking about what to eat that was pure carbohydrate. Even honey has a tiny tiny bit of protein. For pure carb, you gotta go with refined sugar or glucose tablets as far as I know.
And I'll repeat - but why?1 -
Go to bed. Stop stressing over minor details. Unless you are a professional body builder the day of your show. But I’m guessing you likely aren’t.1
