    It's OK to eat over fat and/or protein goal, within calorie goal, but end up with some carb goal unfilled. It won't hurt weight loss or health.

    You don’t have to nail, your macros perfectly be more concerned with your overall calories

    You could do it by mostly consuming food. You need to eat fresh foods like Banana, Apple and much more.

    Apples and bananas actually have some protein. Not much, but more than zero. OP was asking about what to eat that was pure carbohydrate. Even honey has a tiny tiny bit of protein. For pure carb, you gotta go with refined sugar or glucose tablets as far as I know.

    And I'll repeat - but why?
