Seems a bit random - why do you think chocolate oat milk might be helpful?

I personally tend to steer clear of foods like this as liquid foods give me 0 satiation for the calories they provide - not helpful for weight-loss in that sense (for me).

As for being healthy: I don't like judging individual foods like that, it all depends on the rest of your diet. I'd give it a medium 'score' - I'm sure it has some nutritional values, but the added sugar might be not ideal (depending on portion size, how much sugar in the rest of the diet...).
Could be interesting as a quick way to reload carbs/refuel during/after exercise. But I would personally choose regular chocolate milk for that over oat milk, for the added protein.

I would rather drink that, being lactose intolerant than chocolate milk. It does taste better than the regular oat milk to me. When my mom was in a retirement home, I talked to 2 cententarians who ate oats for breakfast every day. 1 ate oatmeal and 1 said she ate honey bunches of oats with bananas for breakfast and for dinner if no leftovers from lunch.

I like the normal milk and have tried to replace the same with oat milk, but didn't worked.
