Rollacoster/broken record…
back again!! but this time with some help ie Orlistat slimming tablets. Looking for friends/support
who are also using Orlistat or any other prescription aid to loss weight.
Also anyone who aiming to lose 8st plus in weight.

    Hi, I'm also taking Orlistat. I started taking it 7 days ago and by calorie counting and fat counting! using the My Fitness Pal have already started to lose weight which is quite a nice feeling.

    I'm on day 4 of orlistat. I needed a kick up the butt to help get my head back into my health and fitness as over the last couple of years it's taken a back seat and I've piled on the weight ! It's got me using MFP again which was always such a great help to me before ! So far none of the scary side effects and I've lost 2kg in 4 days ! I highly doubt it will continue at that rate but its given me great motivation!
