Maybe you could experiment! Of your extra burgers, freeze some uncooked, and cook some before freezing. Then you can have a taste test and decide which works better for your recipe0

Cook them and then freeze them.

Well, I've never done that. But, I would guess that you may want to freeze them uncooked because they may get hard or crusty if you rewarm already-cooked burgers. I buy the boca burgers, and I believe they are uncooked-frozen.0

Thanks everyone! Its a new recipe, so if its good I'll definitely post it :-)... kinda taking a chance it will be by making enough to freeze lol!0
