Is it an old recipe? I find that with some recipes I created a while back, I think the issue is that one of the ingredient entries I used has been removed from the database.0

New recipe I am trying to import. I get a tick next to all the ingredients and they are all matched. I cannot save the recipe or log it. It is most frustrating. I have tried some recipes 5 or more times. Cannot find anywhere on the site to go to the owners/developers to get help. It seems it was a problem but they claim to have fixed it.0

Honestly, this is the reason I fell off this site and a healthy lifestyle in general. I spent so much time entering recipes only to get that message. It's been over a year and I'm finally starting to come back around. I did reach out to support and all they could tell me was to clear my cache and refresh my browser any time I was going to enter recipes. Don't let it discourage you like it did me.0

I got that message when I’d scan an ingredient barcode to add to a meal or recipe.
The entire thing would vanish. I learned not to scan, and also to save as I went along.0
