Greetings. New to Fitness Pal. Hoping to add more protein to my nutrition. What is an NSV?

    NSV means a Non-Scale Victory. A positive change in your weight that has nothing to do with the number on the scale. If you scroll through that thread, you can find many examples. One popular example is fitting into a smaller size item of clothing that has been sitting in a drawer or closet for years.

    Doesn't even need to be weight related directly, could something like having gained confidence and doing an activity you previously wouldn't have felt comfortable doing, for example 🙂 or being able to resist snacks you previously would have wolfed down.
