Doesn't matter in isolation what, if anything, you eat in the morning.

What matters for both weight loss and good nutrition is what you eat in your overall intake

Different individuals find different morning foods enjoyable and satiating.

and of course depends on time restraints, what is available where you live, affordability, allergies, medical conditions etc etc etc

What suits your tastes and needs, convenience wise? I personally don't buy into 'breakfast food' and find soup a tasty, easy, portable choice for breakfast.

I usually either have an oatmeal shake, sous-vide egg bites, or leftovers. Todays breakfast is the other half of last night’s burger and sweet potato “fries”.

Miso soup is traditional in Japan. Goes way back. It's good too!

I will either do a biscuit with a morning star piece of “sausage” and cheese or a whole wheat waffle with peanut butter and banana.

I usually have oats with raisins, skyr and whatever fruit I have. Cold, good solid consistency to chew on, quick energy.

This morning I had burrada, the whole thing, sliced white onion, campari tomatoes, a little homemade pesto, extra virgin olive oil and some sea salt and pepper. I'm low carb so this is quite normal.
