Husband Comes Home in THREE MONTHS. Ideas to tone in a short

My husband is deployed in Afghanistan (any other military wives out there??) and he will be home in about 3 months roughly. I have been toning up since he has been away, but I haven't really been working out. I ordered the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred that should be coming in the mail today. The thing is, I hate my butt. And my thighs. I managed to get rid of the cellulite, but the jiggle is there. And I bought this BEAUTIFUL lingerie set from Victoria's Secret that i really want to "WOW!" in. Lol.

But anyway I need some ideas of a short program or exercises i can do within 3 months to lose jiggle in my bottom half BEFORE he gets home. Is it something as simple as just taking a run every morning? I already eat clean, I just do not workout. I know results do not come fast, and im pretty patient (took me almost a year to lost 35lbs and tone up my abs.)

    Try the Brazil Butt Lift. It is specifically for the butt and thighs.

    Jillian Michaels also has a killer bun and thigh workout dvd.. maybe that would help :)

    I know that feeling. The only thing I can think of is Squats, lunges and kick-backs. If you keep your stomach tight and squeeze your hiney at the top it should work everything. Make sure you're doing them right and you can do wide-stance squats too.

  • Sorry I can't be very helpful to you but you said you got rid of your cellulite. If you don't mind me asking, what did you do? My problem area is my butt and thighs too and I have terrible cellulite!

    I cut out processed foods and soda and drank around 100 oz of water per day... Lots of walking, nothing intense. Clean diet and plenty of water to get rid of cellulite....
