I mentioned this to one of our gym class instructors. He’s started lifting seriously and has somehow managed to get many of the staff to join him for group sessions a couple of times a week.
He loves this idea and he might steal and alter your idea for the group.

Inspiring people I've never met, nice. Not the original reason for this thread - I'm just a numbers geek who loves to track and categorize EVERYTHING - but if it helps even one other person, it makes it all worth it.1 -

Personally I've been using the FitBod app to track my lifts this year so thought I'd check if it also tracks total weight moved. It does, I'm at just over 3 million. Definitely motivating to see that it's possible to do 3 times as much.1 -
