I am starting back after a hiatus. My main goal is to remain AF and to track what I eat every day.

Here I go my goal is to walk daily and stay on track with proper food choices .1

Time for daily tracking, exercise and food with an emphasis on low fat and as little sugar overall as possible.0

Just getting back to riding my stationary bike after being AWOL for 5 months. (I hadn't missed a day in 7 months prior to that.) There were some big challenges this past summer, but I'm back to coping and biking again! Life is good after all.0

Starting back from 2013 !! Awareness of how much I am consuming and also getting protein so as i lose weight am not compromising my muscle. I have at least 40 pounds to lose, but want to take it slow and steady and KEEP IT OFF !!3
