Hello all !!!
I started my weight loss journey 15 months ago and I have finally broke out of the 300's and into the 200's. I started my journey weighing in at 460. It has been a long road to get to this point but I am going to steam full speed ahead to reach my goal weight of 220 !
Remember success comes from life style changes ! We can all do this !!!!
