What would be the best plan to follow on MyFitnessPal app for the Mediterranean diet?

    Just eat high fat, but low in red meat, lots of plants. Whole grains instead of refined grains

    Try EatingWell 30 day Diet Meal Plan for Weight loss. It takes all the guess work out of what you should be eating.

    I'm on week on so far everything is filling and taste great. Some of the recipes are already in MFP but the bulk ingredient add for recipes make it super easy to cut from EatingWell website. Just remember to paste as text with no formatting.

    Any mediterranean diet will involve a lot of chopping... remember most dinner recipes are for 4 servings. I forgot and way over bought produce...
