Took a vacation day yesterday while work is slow. Got 90% of the laundry done, did dishes and made vegan ricotta for my daughter in law's stuffed shells. If hubby feels up to hitting the gym after work, I may try some walking laps in the pool. In the mean time, will be aiming for a lot more NEAT today.1 -

Reverting back to more home cooked meals this week is making me feel better. That good feeling of knowing whatβs in your food. I read somewhere that the more you eat home cooked food the more sensitive your taste buds become so over time you need less salt or fat or chemicals in order for stuff to taste good.1 -

Have gone to the gym class only once this week and now weβre having a major storm.
Iβm contemplating getting a small foldable treadmill for the winter. Lol.
