Hi there fitness pals!
I'm going public and tracking my weight loss program this time and I'm going to reach my ideal weight in a healthy way.
I'm really happy to be joining you and I would love to meet anyone online who could use a diet buddy. I live in Sydney but am overseas at the moment and have put on a fair bit of weight travelling through the last few months. Let's not even talk about the damage that was done in Italy. Passa!
My story is pretty standard. Loads of diets, pills, fasts and feasts to realise that I can't gorge on food and still stay slim - or at least feel good. After a brief flirtation with another low carbohydrate diet, I've decided to use a moderate calorie approach and a fitness plan to reach my weight loss goal as I trust my new habits will support my weight loss in the future. I do plan on eating low GI carbohydrates and lean proteins as much as possible. So that's me. Wish me luck!
