Finally calming down after a stressful morning.SpoilerKLM canceled my 11:15am flight out of Barcelona... at 1:30 this morning. I didn't see it until I got up at 6. My choices were the last seat on an earlier flight - 10:15 through JFK... or tomorrow at 6am for $2400 on an American flight. I took the 10:15... and I was able to get my colleague on the last flight on Air France thru Paris at 9:50. We didn't get showers or breakfast and went right to the airport. I'm in literally the last row on the plane... and got selected for additional security at the gate.
ETA: OMG... I just noticed they booked me from Barcelona to JFK, then LaGuardia to my final destination. So now I have to take a taxi after I collect my bags at Customs and Immigration.1 -
