Taking the entire week off. It looks like it might be a good time replace the guest bathroom toilet. Not a fun job but its overdue. I'd like to do the vanity as well but we will see. I also broached the subject of remodeling out master bathroom which is what really needs done so badly. Its awful. The giant jacuzzi tub that takes up half the space needs to go away and the vanity and light are hideous. The hubby didn't give me a "No", which is what I was expecting, He's a handy guy and can pretty much do anything when it comes to building type work (we have even built a home in the past) But, when we bought our current place, we bought it for the land /property. The house and outbuildings needed a ton of work to get it liveable..several buildings even had to be taken down . So lets just say he's a little burnt out on house projects. Can't blame him . Nonetheless he seemed open to consider the bathroom remodel. Maybe over our Christmas break we can do some work on that. Just getting rid of the tub would be a great start..3 -

Well I knew it was coming. Now to send it packing again. I had the day off yesterday. Best laid plans turned into sitting around and making not so great choices. But thatβs ok. We are back at it again today.

One hour outdoor walk on Sunday and I saw all the gorgeous fall colors that will be gone in another week or two. Yesterday was a gym class with a friend and Iβm going again this am.
This afternoon starts some cleaning and meal prep stuff.
Keep positive this week! You are all doing great, so letβs keep going forward toward our goals straight into December. Iβm stuck at a particular number so need to really stick to my nutrition goals until Thanksgiving!

I have been slowly increasing my calorie intake to get it a bit less of a deficit since it has been lower than what I could realistically ever maintain long term. I have been at 1500 calories but because my appetite is increasing I though it was time to start going up a bit. Maybe not.. As for the increase in hunger, its a bit of a change being on GLP meds and having much of an appetite. Honestly, I like it better with no appetite because I don't even think about food.

Did cardio yesterday and definitely hit all my protein (surplus) goals as well as pushed ALOT of water in the hopes of stabilizing any further increases. No bueno.
I did have a cup of Panera bread tomato soup yesterday with a salad for lunch (which I only ate half of ) but the soup had 500 mg of sodium and 13 g of fat. I am hoping its just that and I am not going to have to restrict back down to 1500 calories to keep dropping.
It sure is discouraging to see things go up so quickly and so easily.2 -
In the last 2 weeks I did 6 gym classes and 4 long walks with lots of shopping and cleaning in between. I feel like I have been getting stronger but a trainer once told me a long time ago that weight loss is 80% changes in food choices, and 20% exercise. I wonder if that is true for today. Typically, I rarely sit down for very long during the day and my window is after dinner between 7-10 pm. Did not get my 100gm of protein the last two days so that will be my focus today.

I guess the scale likes to fluctuate wildly but I went back to targeting 1500 calories yesterday , had a pretty hard workout, hit my 10K (although I do that 5/7 days a week atleast so not new) and hit 130 protein grams and kept my carbs below 150. I don't know what today will bring but I feel a little better about going into today.

Itβs a beautiful sunny day here in No Cal!
Have pretty much maintained this month so that is okayβ¦.will keep working on it.
I will enjoy the day with my family and not go crazy on food. Looking forward to my brined turkey, homemade cranberry sauce, an autumn apple salad, butter nut squash, Brussels, mashed potatoes, and gravy. Oh my!! And yes, and a little homemade apple crisp! Will also try to get a walk in.

We had a lovely dinner with friends and I didn't overdo it but enjoyed a little bit of all the good stuff. Had two glasses of wine but cut it with seltzer water . Didn't feel like I overate but did feel a little overfull last night once we got home since I did eat more as far as volume in one sitting than I normally do.. I drank some ginger tea before bed and slept pretty well with vivid dreams.
@ManifestingToday - Nice job on that number regardless of timing!
Looking forward to finishing this month and figuring out how to make my body get below that 170 # for next month.

Nov 1 199. Iβve been filling mfp completely all this week. Worked out Mon, Tues and Thurs this week so far. So hopefully will see bigger drops coming up. Going to pack up all the candy that was leftover from last night and some of my sons stash for work to get it out of the house.

Nov 15 200. Been a rough week. I hurt my foot so itβs been hard to just work and do chores at home. Iβve been resting it so hoping can get back to working out tomorrow. Also pms making me bloated
Nov 21 200.5. Not surprised. Pretty much go to work and do basic chores at home. Dr said my foot isnβt broken but needs rest.
Nov 25 200. Surprised. Iβve been super stressed at work and home so have been eating my stress. I need to to be really good about putting all my food in mfp this week.
