Getting “me” back post divorce.

Not to be dramatic, but I’m sure a lot of
People, especially women, can relate to the way a negative relationship and subsequent divorce weighs on you, quite literally. My mental and physical health have taken quite a toll and while I am limited due to some medical conditions, I really want to start getting back to the old, disciplined me who was in such great shape and felt so good in my body! My birthday is a month away, and then I have one more year until 40. I feel like I’ve wasted my 30s and I wanna reclaim this final year of 39 as my own. The year to be the best me ever !

today is my anniversary, The first alone. I’ve been in such a funky place but I feel like I needed to reclaim this day as my new starting date, and commitment to myself. I’ve set up all my macros, and have a whole plan after being in such a funk the past few weeks. The first holidays alone are hard, so it’s time to shift the focus to me! While I don’t believe in the concept of a revenge body per se, I’m going to try to capitalize on the positive energy of that just a little lol. Who’s in? ✨💕🙏🏽

Great attitude. Looks like you're set for your transformation.
Keep in mind- before you're done you should figure out your maintenance plan for afterwards.
You cant just stop everything once you reach a goal. Its too easy to fall into old habits.
