I am on week three of the same goal. My target month is by June. Starting weight 286, Current weight 269. Late forties female. Major changes, Black coffee vs sugar, hazelnut cream. The first two weeks was a strict liver reduction diet. (Two protein shakes, one snack cheese stick, 1 protein meat 3-6 oz and a cup of non-starchy vegetable). Lots of broth in between. No real exercising as my knee is aching. I am on a three week stretch for a calorie diet of under 1200. Then I plan to do 1 week of the liver reduction diet again. Then flip to the 1200 calorie diet again for 3 weeks. Rinse and repeat as needed. Once my knee recovers, I plan on basic walking, and elliptical work outs when weight loss is stagnant for 2 weeks.

I would love to help just not sure how this all works. Do we weigh in weekly or bi-weekly?

Hi friends! I also would like to join this accountability team!

I really struggle with all or nothing thinking. I used to do body building and that type of diet and exercise really isn't conducive to long term, health and success (IMO). Add in the fact that I gained over 60# and I only really know how to "go hard or go home" in the gym, it's been very daunting and sad for me.

I can really notice the weight on my frame and I feel slow and creaky. My blood pressure has been steadily creeping up and I am honestly starting to worry about my heart health.

I would like to join too! Mainly for the new year, however I am already starting slow and steady with a fasting regimen.
